WORKSHOP• PastRepresentative of the Strategic Thinking Student Diplomacy Center Addressed International Platforms in Baku and Istanbul
Laman Bakuvi, Senior Advisor of the Strategic Thinking Student Diplomacy Center, has successfully represented the organization at prestigious international programs and conferences held in Baku and Istanbul. Serving as a trainer within the "Geleceğin Yetkin Gençleri" (Competent Youth of the Future) Erasmus+ program, jointly organized in Baku by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish National Agency, the center's representative conducted a session titled "Modern Perspectives for Enhancing Youth Leadership Skills" for participants aged 18–25. Aimed at developing soft skills in leadership qualities, personal growth, and team building, the session was held in an interactive format featuring discussions, practical team games, and a Q&A panel. Furthermore, the organization's representative participated in the "Future Leaders Assembly'26" conference held in Istanbul, which addressed global topics such as political leadership, youth policy, diplomacy, and climate change. Speaking at the panel discussions, she delivered presentations on "The Role of Youth in Diplomacy and the Formation of Leadership" on the first working day, and "Digital Diplomacy and the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on International Relations" on the following day, highlighting the center's analytical stance on contemporary diplomatic trends.
Conference• PastWithin the framework of the LATAM Conference, a diplomatic discussion dedicated to Latin American–German relations was held at the Embassy of Mexico in Germany
. The event focused on the themes of international cooperation, regional perspectives, and the future of relations between Latin America and Germany. The discussion was attended by several ambassadors of Latin American countries accredited to Germany. The diplomats exchanged wide-ranging views on strengthening political dialogue between the two regions, economic partnership opportunities, the development of diplomatic ties, and future directions for regional cooperation. Musabey Babayev, the director of the "Strategic Discourse" Student Diplomacy Center, also participated in the meeting.

The 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13) was held in Baku from May 17 to 22, 2026. Within the framework of the forum, international meetings, panel discussions, and roundtables were organized on the topics of urban planning, climate, and urbanization. Laman Bakuvi, Chief Advisor of the Strategic Thinking Student Diplomacy Center, participated in the forum and delivered speeches on "Strengthening the Role of Youth in Urban Planning and Development Processes" and "Active Participation of Youth in Sustainable Urban Planning Policy, Decision-Making, and Implementation."

Discussion Held on "Inclusive and Digital Water Management Policy for Sustainable Urban Development" On May 18, 2026, the "Baku Politologists Club" hosted an event titled "Inclusive and Digital Water Management Policy for Sustainable Urban Development" in the NGO Agency's pavilion at the "WUF13 Urban Expo". Sustainable development researcher and scientist Elshan Ahmadov delivered a presentation highlighting the benefits that contemporary inclusive and digital approaches bring to urban development, environmental sustainability, and the optimization of water management. Key examples from international practices were also showcased during the event.
